Countries

The Countries screen keeps a list of countries with their codes and phone dial codes.

Who can use it: Admin, Proprietor.

The country list is shared by every organisation on the platform. Adding, changing, deactivating or deleting a country changes it for everyone, not only your organisation.

Opening the list​

Select Countries under Administration in the left-hand menu. The table shows each country's Name, Code, Dial Code and Status. Use Search countries... to find one by name or code.

Adding a country​

  1. Select Add Country.
  2. Enter the Country Name (required).
  3. Optionally enter the Country Code (e.g. KE, NG) - up to three letters - and the Dial Code (e.g. +254).
  4. Leave the switch on Active, or switch it to Inactive.
  5. Select Add.

Changing a country​

  1. Select the edit button on the country's row.
  2. Make your changes.
  3. Select Update.

Making a country active or inactive​

Select the Active or Inactive chip in the Status column. It switches straight away.

Deleting a country​

  1. Select the delete button on the country's row.
  2. Select Delete to confirm.
