Audit log

The audit log lists actions recorded for your organisation: who did what, to which kind of record, and when.

Who can use it: Admin, Proprietor, Branch Manager, Area Manager.

Opening the audit log

Select Audit Log under Administration in the left-hand menu. The Audit Logs screen shows the most recent entries first, with these columns:

ColumnWhat it shows
TimestampWhen the action happened.
UserWho did it, by email or name. Actions taken automatically by the platform show System.
ActionThe kind of action: CREATE, UPDATE, DELETE, LOGIN, APPROVE or REJECT.
ResourceThe kind of record affected.

IP AddressThe network address the action came from.

Filtering the log

Use the Filters panel above the table:

  • Start Date and End Date - only entries in that date range.
  • Action - one kind of action, or All Actions.
  • User - one person, or All Users. The list offers the people who appear in the entries currently shown.

Select Reset to clear all filters.

note

The screen loads up to the 100 most recent entries that match your date and action filters. To look further back, narrow the date range.
