PAR (Portfolio at Risk) Report

Portfolio at risk is the part of the loan book that is overdue.

  • Total Portfolio at Risk - the outstanding balance of all loans in arrears.
  • PAR Ratio - that amount as a percentage of the whole outstanding portfolio.
  • Loans at Risk - how many loans are in arrears.

PAR Summary splits the portfolio into lateness categories, with the number of loans (# Loans), the Amount and the share of the portfolio (% Portfolio) in each, and a Total row.

For working through overdue loans day to day, use Small Loans > Delinquency. See Small loans.

Officer Performance Report

Choose Rank by portfolio or Rank by collections to order the officers.

The Officer Performance Ranking table shows each officer's Rank, Clients, Active Loans, Portfolio (what their borrowers still owe), Collections and PAR30 (the share of their portfolio more than 30 days late). PAR30 is shown green up to 3%, amber above 3% and red above 5%.

An officer's clients and loans come from officer assignments on clients and groups. If the table says "No officer activity yet. Assign officers to groups to populate this report.", no officers have been assigned yet. See Clients and groups.

Printing and exporting

Every report has two buttons at the top right.

  • Print opens your browser's print window for the page. To save a report as a PDF, choose "Save as PDF" (or "Microsoft Print to PDF") as the printer.
  • Export CSV downloads a spreadsheet file.
caution

Use Export CSV on the Portfolio Report only. On the other reports, the money columns in the downloaded file do not currently contain readable amounts. To take those reports away, use Print and save as PDF.

The Portfolio Report export contains the Portfolio by Group table: Group, Members, Borrowers, Active Loans, Portfolio and Avg Loan.
